Mindroot's blog

The posts are divided into four categories:

  1. Basic information about EMDR, which briefly introduces the theoretical background of eye movement therapy, or EMDR, and the course of treatment. These texts are worth reading before coming to an appointment.
  2. A deeper look into EMDR, where the background, mechanisms of action, applications and different use cases of eye movement therapy are discussed in more detail.
  3. Share Your Story, which presents the EMDR treatment or coaching of a specific client who appears here anonymously. Each client has given permission for their story to be published. Often, these texts include a close, word-for-word account of the client’s EMDR treatment.
  4. General psychology and legal psychology.

I would like to collectively thank all my customers who contributed to the Share Your Story posts. I find each of them strong and courageous, and I am infinitely grateful to them for allowing others to join us on our common journey.

Some of the articles are in Finnish.
